What the finished product will look like:

A dynamic journal of the Urban Assembly courtyard project

This is a sketch of what the courtyard will look like at the end of our project. One change that was recently agreed on was the removal of the grill, instead we will have more picnic benches. A long term goal is to replace the benches with a green house. Our summer goal is to construct the flower beds and paint the trail. Ellen Honigstock and Anthony Harris of Ellen Honigstock Architect PC are responsible for the design.
We want to thank the Teagle Foundation for making this program and future STEM programs possible! On behalf of the Green Team and all UAI students, thank you!!! Keep reading our blog for updates!

Urban Farming, a Bit Closer to the Sun
We may not have a roof garden, but our courtyard will be just as exciting when we start growing their own vegetables!
